Online application starts usually from August to October every year.

🔴 Eligibility for Aikyashree Scholarship

✅ The students belonging to minority communities such as Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis, and Jains etc and who are a domiciled resident of West Bengal are eligible for applying this Scholarship. 

✅Students have to meet the academic and income criteria for applying the Aikyashree Scholarship scheme.

Eligibility Criteria 

FOR NOMRAL STUDENTS

1) Scholarship is awarded to Minority students (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis, and Jains)

2) Applicant must be a domicile of West Bengal.

3) Annual family income upto Rs. 2 Lakh.

✳️ Student studying from class I to X : Need 50% marks in last class exam.

✳️Student studying from class XI to Ph.D : Need 50% marks in last class exam.
✳️Student studying professional /technical courses at graduation and post-graduation levels: Need 50% marks last Higher Secondary/Graduation Examination.

SWAMI VIVEKANANDA MERIT CUM MEANS SCHOLARSHIP FOR MERITORIOUS STUDENTS

1) This Scholarship is awarded to meritorious Minority students (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis, and Jains)

2) Applicant must be a domicile of West Bengal.

3) Student's annual Family Income must be within Rs.2.5 lakhs (Certificate to be issued by any State/Central Government Officer).

✳️Student studying in Higher Secondary to Graduation : Need 60% marks in last class exam.

✳️Student studying in Post-graduation level & Honours Graduation : Need 53% marks in last class exam.

✳️Student studying in Graduation Level in case of engineering students : Need 55% marks in last class exam.

🔴 Documents for Aikyashree Scholarship New or First Time

1) Photo & Signature 

2) Last Exam Marksheet (Both side will be Scanned).

3) Income Certificate from BDO / SDO / Municipality Executive (Format available on Official website)

4) Student's Bank Passbook (Not Parent's or guardian's)

5) 10th Marksheet (Both side will be Scanned)

6) Aadhar Card 

7) Admission Receipt of new course

8) Mobile (for OTP) & Email id

9) Gap Certificate (if you have year gap)

10) Ration Card 

 

🔴 Documents for Aikyashree Scholarship Renewal 

1) Last two Semesters or Last year Marksheet (Both side will be Scanned)

2) Ration Card (if available, it's not Mandatory)

3) Last Admission Receipt of present Semester/ present year

4) Mobile (for OTP) & Email id

5) ID and Password of previous year (Given at the time of very first application of scholarship.)

6) Utilisation Certificate which is available on scholarship's website. (You have to bring College principal's / Head of institution's  sign on it)
7) Ration Card
