🔴 Documents for Domicial / Residential Certificate of BDO/SDO

⭕️ Documents of Applicant : 

1) Photo of Applicant

2) Aadhaar Card Original copy

3) Voter Card (Mandatory if applicant is adult) Original copy

4) PAN Card (If available, not Mandatory) 

5) Residential Certificate from Panchayat Pradhan or Ward Councilor Original copy

6) Mobile (for OTP) & Email id    

7) Year of study from Class I to Last Passed class. (eg , Class I to Class IV = 2014 - 2018, lass V to class X = 2018 - 2023 etc )

8) Birth Certificate 

 

⭕️ FAQ : 

🔹 Getting Domicile/Residential certificate of BDO/SDO is online now. No certificate is issuing offline.

🔹 You have to submit print out copy to SDO (for municipality area) / BDO (for panchayat area) after online submission. Remember to take one copy zerox before submit.

🔹 You have to submit some more documents along with application print out copy. The documents are below

• Aadhaar Card zerox copy (Father, Mother and Self)
• PAN Card zerox copy (Father, Mother and Self)
• Voter Card zerox copy (Father, Mother and Self)
• Income Certificate from Panchayat Pradhan or Executive of municipality Original copy
• Land Deed (Dolil) all page zerox copy 
• Voter List (Father, Mother and Self)
• Ration Card Zerox copy (Father, Mother and Self)

🔹Domicile / Residential Certificate will be generated through online. You shall get the Income Certificate print out from us after few days of submission of print out copy to the BDO/SDO.
