This Canteen card is for all Defence personal along with defence pension holders of Central Government only. Beneficiary under this scheme will get grocery and liquor items in low cost.

Beneficiary can add his/her dependent in this card.

🔴 Eligibility for Shram Yogi Mandhan Yojana

✅ Ex Serviceman and Pension Holders

✅ Defence Personnel and Civilian 

🔴 Required Documents:

📌 PPO (original)

📌 Pan card  

📌 Mobile No (For OTP)

📌 Email ID (For OTP)

📌 Current Pay Slip (For Currently Serving Defence personals)

📌 Previous Own Canteen Card (Expired Card)

📌 Previous Canteen Card of Dependents (if dependent exists)

📌 Single Photo of Applicant

📌 Signature of Applicant

📌 Joint Photo of Applicant and Spouse (Wife or Husband) [ not necessary if you are not willing to add any dependent]

📌 Single Photo of Dependents (if dependent exists)

📌 Signature of Dependents (if dependent exists)

🔷 All photos must be in civil dress
