🔴 Documents for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Certificate Online Submission

1) One Copy Passport Size Photo

2) Aadhaar Card Original or Zerox

3) Ration card Original or Zerox (If Available)

4) Know you Square Yard ( Know from BDO or Calculate Decimal to Square Yard

5) Two person's Name & Address for Reference 

6) Phone & Email ID

7) Know you Sub cast (Kayestha, Kulin, Brahmin etc)

8) State EWS Certificate original (who wants to apply for "Central EWS Certificate")

FAQ (Note Please) : 

🔹Applying for EWS Certificate income should be below 8,00,000 Annually.

🔹You have to submit online application form print out along with all documents to the  SDO (for Municipality Resident) or BDO (For Panchayat Resident)

1.     Aadhaar Card/ Khadyasathi Card of applicant.
2.     EPIC or Citizenship Certificate of applicant or parent(s).
3.     PAN Card of applicant and other family members (which is applicable)
4.     Birth Certificate issued by competent authority / Admit Card or Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination of applicant.
5.     ITR for the past three years of applicant and other family members (if applicable).
6.     Income Certificate (all members of family) issued by the competent authority.
7.     Residential Certificate (Domicile in West Bengal).
8.     Certified copies of ROR/ Porcha/ Registered Deed.
9.     Visit SDO/BDO for more required documents they need. Required document change frequently.
10. 1st class Court Affidavit Required for submitting to your local BDO / SDO 

🔹 Income Certificate from Councilor / Municipality Chairman / Panchayat Pradhan /  BDO / SDO (any one )

🔹 You have to submit income certificate of every family members separately. (Each family member without income must still declare a minimum income of 10,000 per year)

🔹 Applying for Central EWS Certificate you have to apply State EWS Certificate first and required original State EWS Certificate during online application.
