🔴 Synopsis

✅ Applying for money withdraw from your PF account you have to add your PAN card, Bank account, and Aadhaar. 

✅ You need to know your UAN No (UAN No starts with 10xxxxxxxx) from your company. 

✅ You need to bring UAN password from your company (Company will send you password through SMS to your registered mobile) otherwise we will generate password  through online portal.

✅ To generate password  through online portal, you need Aaadhaar Card and Aadhaar registered Mobile with you. Password will be come to your UAN registered Mobile through SMS.

🔴 Documents for Advance Withdraw (form 31)

1) UAN Number  (UAN No starts with 10xxxxxxxx) & Password
2) Bank Passbook
3) Aadhaar Linked Mobile (for OTP)


Who is still working with any company he/she has to apply for Advance Withdraw (form 31). 

Before applying for money withdraw from your PF account, your UAN Account should be linked with Bank A/C , PAN card & Aadhaar Card other wise link first. Linking process and documents are given in this article. Just scroll it. 


🔴 Documents for Final Settlement (form 19) and Pension (form 10c)

1) UAN Number  (UAN No starts with 10xxxxxxxx) & Password

2) Bank Passbook

3) Aadhaar Linked Mobile (for OTP)



If you want to withdraw Employee share & Employer share you have to apply for Final Settlement (form 19) 

If you want to withdraw Pension Amount, you have to apply for Pension (form 10c)

Who is still working with any company he/she can not apply for Final Settlement (form 19) & Pension (form 10c). You have to leave all company before applying for Final Settlement (form 19) & Pension withdrawal (form 10c)

🔴 Documents for Adding Nominee in your PF account

1) UAN Number  (UAN No starts with 10xxxxxxxx) & Password

2) Aaddhar card of Candidate (PF Account Owner)

3) Aaddhar card of Nominee

4) Keep Candidate's  Aadhaar Linked Mobile (for OTP) with you

5) Photo of Candidate (PF Account Owner)

6)  Photo of Nominee 

 

✅ You can add multiple (more than one person) nominee to your PF account.

✅ If you want to add more than one nominee to your PF account then you have to bring all documents above of all nominees individually.

✅ You can divide your PF share percentage among your all nominees as per your wish.

✅ You can also add nominee to your PF account later after adding nominee once.

✅ If you want to add minor (below 18 years) nominee to your PF account then need another guardian or custodian (not you) details (Name, Address & Date of birth etc) of your minor nominee.

 

 🔴 PF Balance Check

By Misscall

Give a missed call to 9966044425 from your registered mobile number. Step 2: After placing a missed call, you will receive an SMS with your PF details. 

By SMS

Write “EPFOHO UAN”  and send an SMS at 7738299899 from your PF Account registered mobile number.

By Mobile App

You can check through Umang mobile app.  Download the app from google play store. Register using your UAN registered mobile no and OTP.

By Online Portal

You can check UAN Balance from us through online portal using UAN ID & Password.


 🔴 Mark Exit (for missing Resignation Date)

If your company did not mention your resignation date on PF website then you have ask your company for mention your resignation date (Mark Exit) on PF website. 

Mark exit can be done by us through online portal but you have to wait for 2 months after your resign date.


 🔴 UAN Account Activation

1) UAN Number  (UAN No starts with 10xxxxxxxx) & Password

2) Aadhar Card

3) Aadhaar Linked Mobile (for OTP)

4) PAN Card

5) Date of Birth & Candidate Name (Exactly given in PF Account) 


 A password will come to your UAN registered mobile no. Keep safe your UAN ID and Password for farther needs.


⭕️ FAQ : 

🔹 You can not apply for withdraw Pension withdrawal (form 10c) along with Final Settlement (form 19) application together. Before applying for Pension withdrawal (form 10c), you have to wait atleast 1 month from getting money of Final Settlement (form 19) to your bank.

🔹UAN Number and Password will be required when you need to withdraw your money or any update your Bank A/c, PAN or Aadhaar, address and others particulars through online portal.
