🔴 Documents for SC/ST/OBC Certificate for Online Submission

1) One Copy Passport Size Photo

2) Aadhaar Card Original or Zerox

3) Ration card Original or Zerox (If Available)

4) One Family member's or Relative's SC/ST/OBC certificate zerox copy

5) Self or Father's or Mother's Voter ID Card Photo copy / Original

6) Phone (for OTP) & Email ID

7) Two person's SC/ST/OBC certificate zerox copy  for reference (any subcast accepted but it must be same cast)

8) Birth Certificate / Pan card 

9) 1st class Court Affidavit (Required for who don't have Family member's or Relative's SC/ST/OBC certificate) (do not need if you have Family member's or Relative's SC/ST/OBC certificate)

10) Income Certificate from Councilor / Municipality Chairman / Panchayat Pradhan /  BDO / SDO any one (Only for OBC Certificate) 

FAQ (Note Please) : 

🔹 Applying for OBC non creamy layer (NCL) Certificate income should be below 8,00,000 Annually.

🔹Applicant have to submit all documents along with online application form print out to the Local SDO for Municipality area and Local BDO for Panchayat Area.

🔹 Make a family list (বংশ তালিকা) and signed  from Councilor / Municipality Chairman / Panchayat Pradhan. It requires for who don't have Family member's or Relative's SC/ST/OBC certificate.
