 🔴 Documents for Birth Certificate

✅ Documents of  Parents : 

1) Aadhar Card Original copy (Father and Mother both)

2) Doctor's Certificate / Hospital's Birth certificate

3) Mobile (for OTP)

4) Govt Payment [GRIPS  Challan] 

5) Court Affidavit / Hospital Area Municipality Permission (No need if Birth within 30 days)

6) Baby, Father's & Mothers Name (for Correct Spelling)

 

 ⭕️ FAQ : 

🔹 Govt will take Payment [GRIPS  Challan]. If Date of Birth 30 days to 1 year =  Govt will take fees Rs 2, If Date of Birth more than 1 year = Govt will take fees Rs 10.  Click here to see Government Notification. 

🔹 Court Affidavit required if date of Birth is more than 30 days. Click here for more information.

🔹You have to wait after application until Govt authority's approval.

🔹Mobile, which is given at the time of online submission required for OTP to Download Birth certificate from website.

🔹 Try to apply for Birth certificate online within 30 days of Birth.
