🔴 Process of Driving License for Two / Four wheeler
First applicant have to apply for Lerner License. After one month of issuance of Lerner License candidate will able to apply for Driving License. But candidate must apply for Driving License 1 to 6 months of  issuance of Lerner License. If candidate fail to apply for Driving License within 6 months Lerner License issuance then whole process will start from all over it again from first step. See the steps below.
  1. Apply for Lerner License
  2. Appointment for Document Scrutiny (candidate have to visit RTO) 
  3. Exam in RTO or you can chose online examination from cyber café 
  4. issuance of Lerner License 
  5. Wait for atleast 1 month (not more than 6 month)
  6. Apply for Driving License (Between 1 to 6 months after getting Lerner License)
  7. Fix Appointment for Driving Trial (candidate have to visit RTO) 
  8. issuance of Driving License After passing Driving trial (Wait for 1-2 weeks)

🔴 Documents for Driving License Two / Four wheeler

⭕️ For New Lerner License: 

1) PAN Card (Not Mandetary)

2) Aadhaar Card Original copy

3) Medical Certificate (if age 50 years and above) 

4) Blood Report (if you mention Blood Group in application)

5) Mobile (for OTP) & Email id    

 ⭕️ For New Driving License (After issuing Lerner License) : 

1) PAN Card (Not Mandetary)

2) Aadhaar Card Original copy

3) Medical Certificate (if age 50 years and above) 

4) Blood Report (if you mention Blood Group in application)

5) Mobile (for OTP) & Email id    

 

 ⭕️ For Renewal of Driving License: 

1) Old Driving license

2) Aadhaar Card Original copy

3) Medical Certificate (if age 50 years and above) 

4) Blood Report (if you mention Blood Group in application)

5) Mobile (for OTP) & Email id    

 

⭕️ FAQ : 

🔹 If your Old Driving license issued before 2012 then you have to visit RTO office first for endorsement.
