🔴 Documents for Physical Handicapped Certificate Online Application

1) One Copy Passport Size Photo of Candidate

2) Aadhaar Card Original or Zerox

3) Medical Certificate from Doctor 

4) Previous Manual Handicapped Certificate (if Available)

5) Signature on a White page or Left Thumb impression (LTI)

6) Phone (for OTP) & Email ID

FAQ (Note Please) : 

🔹You have to wait after application until Govt authority's approval.

🔹Certificate will be downloaded from online.

🔹 Mobile, which is given at the time of online submission required for OTP to Download Death certificate from website.
