🔴 Documents for New Voter (EPIC / Election) Card 

    1) One Copy Passport Size Photo

    2) Aadhaar Card Original

    3) PAN card / Birth Certificate Original (Keep both if both available)

    4) Applicant's Signature on White Page

    5) Father's or Mother's Voter ID Card Original  (Keep both if both available)

    6) Phone (for OTP) & Email ID

    7) 10th pass Certificate

    8) Ration card (if available)

🔴 Documents for Voter (EPIC / Election) Card Correction

    1) One Copy Passport Size Photo (for Photo Change)

    2) Aadhaar Card / Bank Passbook / Ration Card / Recent Electric Bill / Recent Gas receipt any one Original (for Address Change)

    3) PAN card / Birth Certificate Original (for Birth Date Change)

    4) PAN card / Aadhaar Card Original (for Name or Gender Change)

    4) Applicant's Signature on White Page

    5) Father's or Mother's Voter ID Card Photo copy / Original

    6) Phone (for OTP) & Email ID

Note Please : 

🔹 In some cases voter application , A phone call from BDO office applicant may receive after few days. They will ask applicant for hearing. They will inform applicant about hearing date and required documents over phone.

🔹Voter card will be delivered physically through post office by Election commission. No date or time of receiving voter card physically can be assumed.  Check Election commission's official website or call Election commission in this regard.

🔹 You can download E-Voter card through Election commission's official website. It is same value as like as Election commission's Provided Card.
